Did Hypnosis Cure Children’s Mental and Physical Ailments?
By OSAblogger on May 15, 2009 in Keeping Our Children Safe
Hypnosis therapy is used to treat a wide host of ailments from mental to physical. Most recently, researchers discovered that the mind plays an important role in pain management, particularly with cancer patients or those undergoing surgery.
Studies show that hypnosis meditation can lessen one’s need for medication and shorten recovery time. Thinking negative thoughts can lead to stress, which has powerful ramifications on the body.
Hypnosis can help the children with many of the issues from which a child goes through. For example, hypnosis can help your child with bed wetting, nightmares, building self-esteem, improve sleep and also, as with adults, anxiety disorders.
If you have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder or social phobia, hypnosis can help you to gain confidence, build your self-esteem and overcome your shyness. With hypnosis, you can really make some great and positive advances in your life. The changes you make may possibly even last a lifetime.
