Everyone has done it before, everyone will do it again, and everyone hates it. Smart backup allows you to restore your data files and sometimes config settings for your various applications.

With all the hackers, electrical storms, and human errors everyone needs to have their precious data stored safely somewhere, and with all the choices for backup software for windows you can find the one that is right for you. If you were only in need of a Disaster Recovery solution to avoid having to reinstall/reconfigure Windows, games and other applications, there is specific software right for the job. Some people who work on important data files might want that extra level of data protection by including continuous data protection in their backup solution. But at the very least, backup your files!
