FREE Date Picker Script using Javascript

Date is an important part of any application to know when an activity has taken place, or to know the date of birth of a person. Usually in online applications date can be chosen using a calendar that displays and when the date is picked, it is displayed in the specified format.
Date Picker Script is used to pick the date from a drop down list box. One box will have the date values from 1 to 31, other will have from 1 to 12, and the year can be changed in the script itself, by changing the values in “startyear”, “endyear”. It also has a button to submit the above form fields.
Date Picker can be used in online application, or registration form to get the date of birth of the visitor. Date Picker can easily be embedded into any page by copying the JavaScript code from www.hscripts.com into the <head> tag of the file.
Apart from web based application, JavaScript interpreters are embedded in a number of tools. Since JavaScript uses an interpreter, loosely-typed, and may be hosted in varying incompatible environments, a programmer has to take care to make the code execute as expected in multiple environments as possible.
Compared to other date picker that requires some kind of software installations, Date Picker script can be used with any online applications with ease. Most useful factor in this script is that the user can change the year range, so that the user entry can be restricted to a great extend. If the user needs the applications to be filled by people born in a specific year range can be made possible with the Date Picker Script.
